At KojoBest Visuals, we aim to provide a seamless and professional photography experience. To ensure clarity and set expectations, please carefully review our booking policies below.

 

Retainer and Payment:

​

•  A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session date. This retainer reserves our time and covers initial preparations.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the day of the session. For final payments, cash is preferred; however, Zelle and Apple Pay are also accepted.

•  Failure to complete the full payment prior to the session will result in the cancellation of the appointment.

•  Please note: Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer is received.

 

Tardiness:

​

•  Sessions will be automatically canceled if the client arrives more than 30 minutes late. In such cases, the retainer will be forfeited, and a new booking will be required.

•  A $20 late fee will be applied if the client arrives more than 15 minutes late. Please note that the session’s scheduled end time will not be extended to accommodate delays.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

​

•  All retainers are non-refundable and serve as a cancellation fee. However:

•  If a client cancels the session with at least 72 hours’ notice, the retainer may be:

•  Credited toward a future booking (valid for 90 days from the original session date), or Partially refunded at 50% of the retainer.

•  Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the full retainer.

 Rescheduling:

 

•  Clients may reschedule their session once, provided that at least 72 hours’ notice is given. Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will require a new retainer to secure the new date.

 

Guests and Additional Requests:

 

•  Outdoor Sessions: To ensure the best results, we recommend limiting participants to 2-4 people. Larger groups may affect the overall quality and quantity of shots captured.

•  Studio Sessions: Non-participating guests should be limited to 2-5 people to avoid overcrowding.

•  Makeup Artists and Hairstylists: Are welcome on set. However, the photographer is not responsible for providing additional props, accessories, or coordinating with third-party vendors unless prearranged.

•  Additional Photography Requests: If any guest accompanying the client wishes to have their photo taken, an additional charge will apply. If no arrangement is made in advance, these requests will not be accommodated.

 

Image Selection, Raw Files, and Additional Purchases:

 

•  Clients will receive a pre-agreed number of professionally edited images as part of their selected package. Additional images may be purchased for $20 per photo. This fee is non-negotiable and must be paid in full prior to delivery.

•  Raw Files: Raw files are not included in any package. If requested, raw files can be purchased for a flat fee of $300for all images captured during the session. Raw files will only be delivered once full payment is received.

•  Delivery: Final edited images will be delivered digitally within 30 days of the session, unless otherwise specified.

 

General Terms:

 

•  Exclusive Photographer: To maintain the quality and integrity of the shoot, no other photographers or guests are permitted to take photos during the session using our setups, poses, or lighting arrangements.

•  Permissions: Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for photography at specific locations (e.g., venues or private properties). KojoBest Visuals is not liable for any restrictions imposed by the chosen location.

•  Promotional Use: KojoBest Visuals reserves the right to use photos for promotional and commercial purposesunless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

 

Professional Conduct:

 

 Preparation: Clients are responsible for all necessary preparations, including attire, props, and punctuality. Lack of preparation will not be grounds for rescheduling or refunds.

•  Creative Direction: KojoBest Visuals is committed to delivering high-quality work that aligns with our artistic vision and expertise. While we value client input, we are not obligated to accommodate specific aesthetic preferences not discussed prior to the session.
